Steven Fletcher & Shaun Grant have been involved in the sale and letting of properties across Derbyshire for over 15 years. They joined forces to open their first branch in Ripley, Derbyshire in 2004. This branch trades under the name of SmartMove.

They opened their Duffield branch in 2007 and soon became the leading independent estate agents specialising in Ecclesbourne School Catchment properties with a prominent and unique sales office in the vibrant centre of Duffield.

Now in their 4th year of trading, owners Steven Fletcher & Shaun Grant are enjoying working in Duffield and despite a challenging economy they have progressed to be the number one choice for clients who are looking to buy, sell or rent in the area.

Steven & Shaun are proud to be members of the National Association of Estate Agents, Association of Residential Letting Agents and more recently have been invited to become members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents where they benefit from a national network of offices offering nationwide coverage for their client’s properties with a showcase office on Park Lane, London.

In June 2010, the Duffield office became known as Fletcher & Grant Estate Agents. Shaun Grant commented “we have decided to change the name of the office to reflect the fact that we are an independent business owned by two individuals who are committed to serving the local community. Changing the name to Fletcher & Grant represents a statement that we focus on delivering a quality service using bespoke marketing packages individual to client’s needs”.
